Behind every property we manage is a relationship built on trust.
Paola Abedini leads NEXA Property Management and works directly with every property owner—from owner communication and tenant relations to leasing, maintenance coordination, and ongoing property oversight.
Before entering real estate full-time, Paola spent more than a decade in commercial banking, helping business owners and real estate investors grow and protect their investments. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), bringing both financial expertise and practical experience to every client relationship.
Her philosophy is simple: every property deserves to be managed with honesty, care, and the same attention she would expect for her own family's investments.
